What's Available

Depending on your event, rental may include the Main Hall, Secondary Hall, and Kitchen. Let us know what you need when you inquire.

Rental Policies

Booking: The facility isn't reserved until a signed rental agreement and a minimum $100 deposit are received.

Cancellations: Full refund of rental payments and deposit if canceled more than 10 days before the event. Rental payments refunded (deposit forfeited) if canceled 5-9 days before. Reduced refund 2-4 days before. No refund inside 2 days of the event.

Cleanup: Renters are responsible for leaving the space in the condition it was received - trash removed, tables and chairs and kitchen cleaned, decorations and personal property taken with you.

Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may not be sold, served, or consumed on Post property except in accordance with Post policy and all applicable licensing requirements.

Smoking: Permitted only in designated areas.

Decorations: No open flames, candles, confetti, glitter, or fog machines. Nothing that damages Post property or blocks exits or fire equipment.

Children: Renters are responsible for supervising minors; kids aren't permitted in restricted areas, offices, storage, or active kitchen areas.

Insurance: Proof of general liability insurance may be required depending on event type, attendance, or alcohol use.
